In 1980, in the beating heart of Sicily, our company was founded, founded on a profound passion for the sea and its creatures. A group of local artisans, their hands marked by the salt and Mediterranean sun, decided to transform the fresh catch of the Sicilian coast into treasures of eternal flavor, starting with anchovies as the symbol of tradition. From that first step in the 1980s, the company established itself by selecting only the best local catches: superior-quality anchovies, robust tuna, and pasta sauces that blend the flavor of fish with the richness of Sicilian cuisine. Each phase— from manual cleaning to preservation-follows methods passed down from generation to generation, preserving authenticity against industrialization. Forty-five years later, we remain true to our roots: we passionately produce anchovies, tuna, and sauces from the sea that bathes our land, bringing the soul of Sicily to every jar and can.
