Shooka Sauce

Shooka was born from a simple question: Why isn't this already lining the shelves? While traveling through the Mediterranean in 2019, I noticed something unexpected, shakshuka was never the same twice. Every country, every kitchen, every person made it differently. Though often claimed by one culture or another, shakshuka doesn't truly belong to a single place. Its name literally means "all mixed up" in Arabic. This realization stuck and led to the start of Shooka in 2023. Shooka exists to honor the true meaning of shakshuka and to share the idea that we can celebrate new and explorative ways to cook the dish. We're not here to define the "right" way to make it. We're here to give you a bold, fresh, clean foundation and invite you to make it your own. The best food sparks conversation, creativity, and connection — and recipes were never meant to stay the same. Made with olive oil, real vegetables, and no preservatives, Shooka tastes like it came straight out of a pan, not a jar. Use it to make classic shakshuka, or mix it up and Shooka your way. Add eggs, sausage, beans, cheese, herbs or use it anywhere you'd reach for tomato sauce.Shooka is just the sauce, you bring the rest..
