Ramen Bae

Our founder Jon spent a large part of his childhood in Asia where instant ramen and cup noodles were a big part of the culture. As a kid, he always wondered why there were a million different noodle brands and flavors but there were never any options for just dried toppings. Tired of little to no toppings in his instant ramen, he created Ramen Bae, using real ingredients like shrimp, fish cake, mushrooms, seaweed, kimchi, and veggies. After traveling to meet suppliers and test ingredients firsthand, the first Ramen Bae toppings launched online in early 2023. Almost immediately, the response was bigger than expected. After going viral, selling out multiple times, and releasing several new toppings mixes it was clear there were plenty of ramen lovers who wanted more from a quick meal. Since then, Ramen Bae has grown beyond toppings, expanding into sauces, seasonings, and protein-packed ramen noodles designed to be just as convenient, but more filling and better tasting than traditional instant options.
