We launched in January of 2025 but my design and production started 3 years earlier. As an avid matcha drinker I was struggling with clumpy matcha powder and flat matcha lattes. I love cappuccino style foam and wanted that same experience with matcha lattes. I worked with local manufacturers in Los Angeles to design and patent my own spring coil design. Made from stainless steel and food grade ABS Matcha Star instantly mixes and foams matcha and milk without batteries or power. It creates lattes so foamy it impresses all our customers! I really value sustainability and local production, I am most proud that my product is 100% made in LA and eco-friendly.
