For more than 100 years, Conagra Brands has been making great food that brings people together. Founded in 1919 as Nebraska Consolidated Mills, the outfit was initially a collection of four milling companies. Milling remained the focus for the first half century. The 1970's saw a dramatic shift, as NCM changed its name to ConAgra Foods and became a publicly traded company. The addition of Birds Eye, Duncan Hines and Wish-Bone further solidified Conagra's industry-leading positions throughout the grocery aisles – both in-store and online.
