As a division of Fil-Tec—a trusted American manufacturer known for engineering precision threads and wicks—we saw an opportunity to elevate the candle experience itself. After years of producing wicks for top global brands, we turned our innovation inward, addressing common issues candle lovers face: soot, tunneling, and uneven burns. The result is Cue and our patented OpenWick™ technology—designed for a cleaner, longer, and more consistent burn. What began as a wick manufacturer's challenge became our mission: to create better candles from the inside out.
