We're three sisters, each on our own unique journey toward wellness. Like many, we've faced the stress and pressure of modern life, turning to different tools—to cope with occasional anxiety, low moods, and sleepless nights. But deep down, we knew there had to be a more natural and sustainable way. Our curiosity led us to discovering the powerful benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms. Paired with our love for tea, Dösis was born. Our mission is to create nourishing rituals that support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance—inviting others to pause, reconnect, and sip with intention.
