I'm originally from India and came to the U.S. 18 years ago with a dream to explore the world through food. After graduating from the "Hogwarts" of culinary schools and working in some of New York's top kitchens, I went on to open restaurants for Food Network chefs across the globe. But when COVID hit, I lost my sense of smell and taste — my most essential tools as a chef. That loss became a turning point. I stepped away from the Standard American Diet (SAD) and embraced clean, nourishing foods. Slowly, my senses returned — and with them, a renewed purpose. That journey inspired The Flavorsmith and our flagship brand, Alchemy of Food — a collection of bold, globally inspired, clean-label sauces and condiments designed to turn everyday meals into extraordinary experiences.
