Meet Our Founder Zehra Murthy, PhD Molecular Biology and Genetics Belfiore Herbal is led by our fearless female founder, Zehra Murthy who launched the brand at age 70 after a 40-year career as research scientist working in cell and molecular biology and genetics. Motivated to challenge the current buzzwords mis-used in skincare today she reverted to first principles of human biology: Healthy skin comes from proper cell division, healthy collagen production, and efficient dead cell removal supported all through vitamins delivered to the dermis in a non-comedogenic medium. We craft skin care that builds cells. Blending the right botanicals with science-backed formulas, our all-natural ingredients help the body synthesize healthy skin cells reducing discoloration and wrinkles for beautiful results.
