Agua del Alma

My mother's side of her family was born and raised in Mexico. Being around the culture, I was introduced to a lot of cooking which brought me to understand techniques, spices and flavors. After college, I pursued a post graduate degree at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and continued to work at The French Laundry for many years. This is where I honed my skills and really dove into the art and appreciation of food. This skill set that I learned continued into the ethics of my business. After The French Laundry, I finished my MBA in Business and opened up a Kombucha company in 2020, called Soul Fixx Elixirs. I continued my passion and desire to open a beverage line that was accessible to the Hispanic Community that was a healthy alternative to soda. This was an opportunity for myself to create branding and flavor around my experience of culture and culinary training.
