GluteNull Bakery

Glutenull is a small family run business founded by Otari Kobalia in 2011. In 1996, Otari immigrated to Canada with his family for a dream of a better life after civil war broke out in his home town Sokhumi, Georgia. Otari was a mathematics professor at the University and practiced karate, yoga and meditation. His lifestyle led him to become a vegetarian - something close to insanity in little traditional Georgia of the 70's. When we arrived in Canada he started working on setting up a new business where he could put to use his creativity and innovation. After many adventures and trials, he opened GluteNull a little plant based, gluten free and non-GMO bakery that could be a reflection of his values, beliefs and passions. He pioneered the way for gluten free choices and plant based products more than that are healthy, while still being delicious. Otari's commitment to taste, wellness, and environmental harmony drives the company's innovations. Although the emphasis of Glutenull is on gluten free and vegan production, it is so much more than that and at the same time, so much simpler. It is just 'good food' – natural, nourishing, ethical and delicious.
