It all started in June 2018, brewing hard kombucha in our garage. We knew we wanted to create an alcohol we felt better about drinking, and we knew we wanted it to taste delicious. We had just finished brewing our first couple kegs of Blood Orange Mint and invited a few friends over. A few friends turned into 20, which turned into 50, and the kegs were dry in just a few short hours. We knew we were on to something. To this day, we brew Blood Orange Mint with the same ingredients as we did in our garage. JuneShine's brewed with real ingredients: green tea, honey, fruit juice, spices, and our Jun kombucha base (also known as the SCOBY). The flavors are so smooth, it's literally called "the champagne of kombuchas."
