When our founder, Shannon Race, started her journey to better gut health, the changes she noticed were undeniable: more energy, better sleep, less bloating and discomfort - even a stronger immune system. The path to get there, however, was far from easy – even though she would learn that the solutions themselves were. From this experience she gleaned two key insights that would inevitably support the thesis for Bio.me. The first: gut health solutions seemed to be everywhere, but simplicity and education was lacking. The second: fiber was largely missing from the equation, yet it became profoundly important to her own healing. In 2022, this idea launched a collection of products that sought to modernize the fiber category and make fiber supplementation cleaner, safer, and more accessible to men and women, regardless of age. Today, Bio.me exists as a collection of simple, effective fiber-based products that work together to support better digestion, rebalance the microbiome and repair the gut, daily.
