Universal U

Over forty years ago, we began our journey in sports nutrition, driven by our passion as athletes. Universal Nutrition has since evolved, formulating and producing world-class nutrition products that are now available in over 90 countries. Just a year ago, we took a significant step forward by establishing our wellness brand, Universal U, to focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness. At Universal U, we believe that achieving mind and body balance is essential to unlocking your full potential and experiencing greater wellness. However, balancing life's responsibilities can make this challenging. That's why we've developed expertly curated solutions to support you throughout your day, helping you find balance and enhance your wellness from within. Our wellness products are designed to adapt to your body's changing needs, optimizing your body's response so you can perform at your best. Transparency is at the core of our commitment to you. We go beyond federal requirements by providing detailed information on our products. Not only do we specify the ingredients in our blends, but we also list the exact quantity of each ingredient. Additionally, we include calories from amino acids—the building blocks of protein—on our labels, ensuring you have all the information you need to make informed choices.
