Born in 1966, since childhood Domenico Scordari has loved spending his free time with elderly farmers to learn about ancient herbal remedies. Fascinated by the beauty of nature and attracted by the beneficial properties of plants, he founded N&B in 1989 to pursue his dream of creating products for personal well-being in Salento (Apulia, South Italy), with full respect for People & Planet. From a small artisan laboratory of vegetal extracts and natural products, N&B has become a company of reference in the organic cosmetic field, with customers in over 60 countries worldwide, and in 2024 inaugurated the new laboratories with 6,000 m² (64500 sq ft) of pure innovation and sustainability. "FROM PLANT to BEAUTY" is the production model of N&B: we don't talk about just simple cosmetics but PURE FOOD FOR THE SKIN. Hence, the willingness to create multisensory solutions derived from Nature, using the organic active of our land, and aimed not only at improving the look, but also at improving the mood, balance and wellbeing of the person. The complete production cycle is organic certified by ECOSMETICA, NATRUE and COSMOS ORGANIC, according to the highest standards of sustainability in the cosmetic field; our products are VEGAN FRIENDLY. Our has achieved the certifications: ISO 9001 and ISO 22716. Since 2016 we are certified B CORP and in 2019 N&B became a Benefit Company, in line with our mission "PEOPLE & PLANET FIRST": every decision and action is taken in full respect of PEOPLE (Team, Customers, Suppliers and Community) and the PLANET (zero emissions by 2030 and a green production cycle).
