Etalia pizza is the only organic, fresh dough pizza in the frozen set. It’s fresh-baked pizzeria pizza you can enjoy at home. Our differentiators are that our pizza is organic and our dough is fresh (unlike all other frozen pizzas that are pre-baked). The fresh dough bakes up into a crispy, light, and chewy crust — so delicious. And convenient. We offer our Margherita Pizza and the Nudo Pizza Dough, ready to top and bake. They're available at Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Metropolitan Market. I got into the pizza biz because I had to change my diet to organic, simple, whole foods. Pizza is my favorite food, so I started making my own dough at home. I'm from NY, so my pizza standards are pretty high. It was delicious, but a lot of work — it takes one to two days to make fresh dough, let it ferment, etc. I wanted a fresh dough that could be ready whenever I wanted pizza, so I started freezing it… and Etalia was born. We launched in Whole Foods in 2020 and are looking to expand nationally so everyone can enjoy great pizza at home.
