Our beignets were a hit from the start! We developed and introduced our beignets while operating a popular brunch concept for over 5 years in Houston Texas, closing down in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. Following our restaurant closure, we decided to pivot towards CPG, with our first product being Beignets. We have spent the last two years reformulating our original restaurant-quality Beignet recipe to be conveniently made at home. Today, we offer a shelf stable dry-mix and a ready-to-make frozen version.
