Brand
Evo Hemp
Denver, CO
Evo Hemp is a natural products brand from Denver, CO with 8 products on Beacon Discovery, mostly wellness & snack bars and protein supplements & meal replacements. 8 are Certified Non-GMO and 1 Certified Gluten-Free, and its range is distributed by KeHE.
One of our goals is to reverse the staggering underrepresentation of Black farmers, scientist and businesspeople in the hemp industry. So we partnered with 40-Acre Cooperative, a rapidly growing organization with over 35 Black and Indigenous farmers across seven states. According to statistics, in 1920 there were nearly a million Black farmers in the United States. Today there are only 45,508. This accounts for just 1.3% of the nearly 3.4 million farmers in the country. This collaboration is important for our entire hemp industry and we intend to use this momentum to create lasting and impactful change.
