Ancient Nutrition

Ancient Nutrition began with a desire to harness history’s most powerful superfoods and provide them in forms that are easy to include in a modern lifestyle. But what started as a commitment to create powerful supplements — informed by ancient wisdom and backed by modern science — has grown into so much more. We asked why so many people lack the nutrition they got through diet alone just a few generations ago, and we found our answer: conventional farming. Conventional farming strips the soil of essential nutrients that used to make it into our food and releases greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere. It’s wasteful, it’s dangerous, and it’s harming our health by growing food that lacks optimal nutrition. There’s a better way. That’s why we’re leading the revolution of regenerative agriculture. Regenerative methods focus on sequestering carbon, encouraging biodiversity, and nurturing nutrient-rich soil. In turn, that soil grows nourishing ingredients filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and compounds that feed good health. These methods result in the highest quality ingredients in the world — which we use whenever possible to create incredibly effective superfood supplements that deliver real results for your health. Through our work with pioneers like Rodale Institute, Regenerative Organic Certified®, B Corporation®, and others, we are developing groundbreaking research focused on regenerating the ecosystem, empowering farmers, and reversing climate change — and we’re sharing it with as many farmers as we can. The way we see it, it’s the circle of life. Regenerative agriculture helps us restore the earth and, in turn, transforms our health with real nutrient-rich food. Which brings us back to our ultimate goal: to save the world with superfoods. Join us.
