Trouble is, I've always had a very unhealthy sweet tooth (we're talking dessert for breakfast), and I could never find a treat that satisfied it and lived up to my healthy aspirations. So I got busy in my kitchen, and after a year of trial and error, I created incredible tasting brownies with an unlikely first ingredient: chickpeas (yes, beans!).
