After assessing, he uncovered that the majority were either plant-based or found it to be too fishy. The response ignited a curiosity for caviar. Shocked to find no accessible plant-based alternative, another appalling discovery was that Sturgeon, a species that outlived the dinosaurs, are more critically endangered than any other group of species.
