ZeroCarb's patented process started in 2008, when our Co-founder Mohamed Aly was diagnosed with Diabetes. At the time, he was extremely overweight, overworked and incredibly stressed. As a restaurant owner in Chicago, he instantly went to the kitchen to create a process to where he could still eat his favorite food; Pizza! The process he came up with to make our first product, our Lyfe Frozen pizza, used only four ingredients; All white meat chicken breast, olive oil, salt and our signature spices! The crust itself is free of carbs, gluten, sugar, dairy, grain and egg and is an excellent source of protein (37g+/pizza). In 2020, our unique process grew into ZeroCarb LYFE. Since this time, we have brought Mohamed's vision and process to over 400 restaurant menus, universities, pro sports teams and recently, into Sprouts Farmers Market!
