I am Tal, and I immigrated to the United States six years ago with my husband and our two-year-old daughter. Having dedicated my entire career to working in non-profit organizations, I discovered a newfound passion for healthy food and began contemplating the idea of starting my own food venture. After a year of exploration, I stumbled upon a smoothie company concept that turned out to be a remarkable success. As an immigrant, I had the advantage of not being limited by what I didn't know. I embraced a spirit of audacity, known as "Chutzpah," and discovered that people genuinely appreciate authenticity. Presently, I am a proud parent of three children and a dog. With extensive experience in the healthy food industry and an unwavering enthusiasm for Tahini, I believe my endeavors extend beyond merely placing a dip on a store shelf. It is about creating and sharing something that I am confident will bring joy and wellness to everyone.
