From Jack Harlow (grammy-winning artist, co-owner, chief creative officer): Inspiration is every artist's most precious commodity. For me, some days in the studio are more fruitful than others. I often head home feeling discouraged, wondering when - or, worse, if - I will get to feel that rush of fulfillment I felt the last time I made something great. Over time I've learned that we don't get to choose when the lightning bolt of brilliance strikes us. However, there are ways to make ourselves a more frequent target. PHOCUS was conceived in my hometown of Louisville, Kentucky with one goal in mind: fueling creativity. Only 5 ingredients were needed to create our clean and straightforward beverage. One of those ingredients is L-Theanine, an amino acid that generates a calm alertness in the mind of any artist looking to hone in on the story they want to tell.
